We want you to be completely satisfied with your Service Works garments. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
